Terms and Conditions for £100 Amazon Voucher Giveaway

  1. Eligibility:

    • The giveaway is open to all customers who have received services from Mersey Bathrooms LTD and leave a review on Google.
    • Participants must be 18 years or older.
    • Employees of Mersey bathroom LTD and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. How to Enter:

    • Leave a review for Mersey Bathrooms on Google.
    • Only one review per customer will be counted as an entry.
    • Reviews must be submitted between 1st June 2024 and 31st August 2024.

  3. Prize:

    • One winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    • The draw will take place in September 2024.
    • The winner will be announced on our Facebook page and contacted directly.

  5. Notification:

    • The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw via email or phone.
    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, a new winner will be drawn.

  6. Privacy:

    • By participating, you agree that Mersey Bathrooms may use your review for promotional purposes.
    • Personal data provided as part of the review will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with our privacy policy.

  7. General:

    • Mersey Bathrooms LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
    • Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
